Isabella

Isabella is the new wine created by Emevé; fruity, light and refreshing.

It stands out for its citric aromas of green apple and guava, with floral hints thanks to the Viognier. With a lasting acidity touch to the palate, this is a fresh, clean and shiny wine with a lasting flavor.

This wine has fruity and floral notes, without a barrel and it’s a blend of Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc and Viognier. All this thanks to our oenologist: Daniel Lonnberg Hume.

Winemaker's Notes

It has citric aromas of green apple, guava and a hint of floral aromas courtesy of the Viognier. It’s a very clean and shiny wine, with lasting acidity; and it’s persistent and fresh. This wine isn’t aged in a barrel, which makes the fruity and floral notes to stand out.
