Cabernet Sauvignon 2014
Cabernet Sauvignon is a type of grape originally from France, specifically in Bordeaux. It’s a grape internationally recognized, cultivated in every wine producing countries, because it adapts well to a great variety of weather conditions. This grape is the result of a blend between Cabernet Franc and Sauvignon Blanc, that’s known for its thick skin, round shape, dark intense color (almost black) and high performance, and it develops better in warm weathers.
The Cabernet Sauvignon can be aged in oak barrels, that can be from French or American oak.
The Cabernet Sauvignon pairs nicely with red meat, stews, pastas, strong flavored dishes with spices, and with grilled meats.
This wine has an intense, clean and shinny color. With aromas that range from a variety of berries like raspberry and strawberry, with hints of cacao and spices. It has a full bodied flavor, with soft acidity and tannins and it’s aged in French and American oak trees.
